The most thought provoking thing ive read all year
Read this post, more specifically read the comments to this post. Warning its long, but very good and thought provoking. I currently have 12 tabs open in firefox with other links and things to check out just from reading this post and comments:

Often I am compelled to learn about something in particular. Suddenly a current theme or topic will come at me from all directions, tv, conversations, blogs and when a certain theme appears to be bombarding me I think there must be something to it.
Current themes im picking up are: socialism, fascism, democracy etc. Different perspectives on how and why people lean towards left vs right etc etc.

It really is interesting stuff. Chris was talking about this with me the other day... I'm not sure I agree with all those ideas (but is that my idea? lol, ok. Bad joke).
I have no opinion about these kind of topics. I find them really interesting, but nothing more than that. I choose not to give it any leeway because individuality is a key part of humanity. Ideas like this discredit our individuality, thus discrediting our humanity?
That's not to say I disapprove it, or deny it's potential to be a very true fact. There's a lot of this topic going around and there always will be. There are even people who believe that it's the beginning of a path to really discovering the Holy Spirit and God and their interaction with us through science.
But yeah...
