Spam Email Subject Headings
Here are a few I have enjoyed over the past week:

And lastly my favourite:

Whoever thinks up these subject headings is a genius.
Just got a nice one as well:
"Pen1s enlargement, no rip off!"
If the vacuum pump did rip it off, you were able to get your money back.
