The Death of a PSP... sorta
Today was feeling like a game of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories so go to play it on my psp and the damn thing wont load. No UMD's work in my psp now :( This sucks, but what sucks more is that my psp is not under waranty anymore, the 1 yr waranty ended september 27.
Does anyone know if a UMD cleaner would help this? Has anyone else had this happen?
Prolly have to call up service centre and see if its even worth repairing. Dammit!

aaaah.. gotta love the 1 year warranty, coz if you read between the lines.. all it means, is that your device is guarenteed to only LAST a year.. then fall apart.. at which point they predict some new gizmo will arrive to distract you..
and to think, back in the 1950's they built fuckoff sized green ironclad refrigerators built to withstand a nuclear bomb and still keep running 20-30 years..

So true, everything is made so shit these days. I rang up sony psp repairs and it is going to cost $145 to repair it (replace the whole psp altogether) so that is not toooo bad, will do so when have some free cash.
