Mum's Weet-Bix Slice


  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 3 crushed weetbix
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/4 lb melted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar


  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add melted butter and may need some extra hot water if too dry.
  2. Mix well together and press into shallow tin.
  3. Bake in mod oven 20 mins.
  4. Leave in tin 10 mins then when cold ice with chocolate icing. I usually double this and make it to fit a lamington sized tin.

Very easy to make and it used up all the left over broken weetbix which you boys seem to leave [like all the time] ENJOY!!!!!!! Love mum.
